Ritz Cracker x Bon Appétit Cookbook

The project: A holiday cookbook featuring creative recipes using Ritz Crackers from immigrant families (and celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson) across the country.
The work: I was hired as the writer and editor, which meant I created the cookbook structure and wrote text based on interviews I conducted with the featured families and chef. This was a fast-paced, four-month-long project, and I worked with BA's marketing team and Ritz Crackers' creative agency for all story text in the book to show the versatility and comfort of Ritz Crackers.
Jono Pandolfi Ceramics Restaurant Guide

The project: A short but sweet printed restaurant guide featuring clients of the acclaimed ceramics studio based in New Jersey.
The work: During the holidays, Jono Pandolfi Ceramics wanted to offer the restaurant guide, featuring its roster of restaurant, bakery, wine bar, and hotel clients, as an add-on for customer orders. My role was to to write two-three sentence descriptions of 50 clients, noting the chef, vibe, dishes to try, and any ceramics-related details, and on a tight deadline. The JPC team appreciated the work—so much so, they sent me a tray!
